With an emphasis on technique, Inter Jazz encompasses a cardio warm-up including body conditioning exercises with sassy commercial Jazz choreography. You will learn technique including turns & jumps, and finish off with a stretch to improve flexibility!
Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended.
Adult class – minimum 2-3 years experience required, as the class requires Jazz technique. (turns, jumps, combinations).
