Tuesdays 5.50 – 6.50pm
Get your sass on! Beginner Jazz encompasses a cardio warm-up including body conditioning exercises and basic combinations across the room, including turns and jumps. Once you’re warmed up, you’ll learn some sassy commercial Jazz choreography. (like you see in video clips!) Class finishes off with a stretch to improve flexibility.
Sneakers without too much grip, jazz shoes or dance sneakers recommended.
