Mondays 5.50pm – 6.50pm
If you love hip hop and RnB music, this class is for you! This class consists of a groovy warm up to loosen your body and improve your strength and fitness, then builds on hip hop fundamentals and genres. You then move onto choreography and finish with a warm down and stretch!
Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended. Loose fitting clothes are also encouraged so you can feel the Hip Hop vibe!
