Contemporary dance is a free-flowing style of dance that takes many forms. Explore the movement potential of your body with a warm up, stretches, technique exercises such as contraction and release, basic Ballet, floor work, yoga and routines. Sometimes slow and controlled, sometimes fast and furious, contemporary class will keep you guessing!
Bare feet, socks or ballet shoes recommended.
