Explore the movement potential of your body with a warm up, stretches, technique exercises such as contraction and release, basic Ballet barre work, floor work and choreography. Sometimes slow and controlled, sometimes fast and furious, contemporary class will keep you guessing! Let out the tension of the week and enjoy what Contemporary dance brings.
