What is COMBO? Combo class is a blend of funky Jazz, Hip Hop, basic dance technique and shuffling! Suitable for students with at least 2 years dance training, class begins with a 15 minute cardio warm up including squats, crunches and push ups. Work at your own pace – all fitness levels welcome. Learn cool choreography to both Dance and RNB music, with different routines and styles throughout the year. Class finishes off with a stretch to improve flexibility.
Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers are recommended.
