Adult class – suitable for advanced students
Class begins with a challenging warm up to get your body moving! From barre work to floor exercises and everything in between, it will keep you guessing.
Move on to technique exercises, then fluid movement with expression of emotion through beautiful dance steps. Improve your flexibility and build core strength in a fun class.
Bare feet, ballet shoes or socks are recommended.
