Adult class – several years of training is required and students will need to be accepted into this class by the teacher once a trial class has been taken.
Jazz encompasses so many styles and genres. From Broadway musicals to funky, commercial jazz and everything in between… you will be addicted! Class begins with a 15 minute cardio warm-up including body conditioning exercises. Work at your own pace – all fitness levels welcome! You will then learn technique including turns and jumps, choreography, and finish off with a stretch to improve flexibility!
Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended.
