Mondays 7.30 – 8.30pm
If you love hip hop and RnB music and want to develop your skills as a hip hop dancer this class is for you! Class consists of a groovy warm up to loosen your body and improve your strength and fitness, then builds on hip hop fundamentals, technique and drills. You then move onto choreography and finish with a warm down and stretch!
Sneakers without too much grip or dance sneakers recommended.
Adult Classes – several years of training is required and students will need to be accepted into this class by the teacher once a trial class has been taken.
