Hyperdance Teacher - Jenna Walasek

Jenna Walasek completed a Bachelor of Dance Performance at Adelaide Centre for the Arts in 2007. Whilst studying, she worked with choreographers Peter Sheedy, Troy Mundy, Aidan Munn, Leanne Ringlestein and Xiao Xiong Zhang.

Jenna has a passion for both the contemporary and commercial dance industries, and since graduating has traveled to Los Angeles many times to further herself in the commercial dance world. While in LA she had the opportunity of performing in the San Diego Music Indie Fest, for Artist Keira Porter and in LA Carnival choreographed by Andre Fuentes.

Jenna is a member of the Adelaide 36ers Dancers and has performed in numerous shows, including work for the State Opera of South Australia, Ding Productions, Adidas, Sydney Carnival, Nike, the Fringe and Adelaide Festival, Cherri Bellini corporate events and for the 'Welcoming the Pandas' performance event choreographed by Leanne Ringlestein.

Jenna co-started and choreographs for Adelaide based Hip hop crew ADM, who went on to win Adelaide's Best dance crew, and came first place in the Groove Battlegrounds Competition 2010.

Teaching Dance is one of Jenna's passions and she is a valued member of staff at Hyperdance!
